## Job description
- 负责设备的日常维护、故障排除及性能优化，确保生产流程顺畅。
- 建立并完善TPM管理体系与三级维保流程，提高设备使用效率。
- 参与设备采购流程，撰写技术方案，控制项目成本和质量。
- 推动工厂自动化系统集成标准培训，支持中大型自动化项目的实施。
- 优化动力能源系统设计，实施节能减排措施，符合相关法规要求。
- 本科及以上学历，机械、电气、自动化相关专业，具备TPM的基础知识及经验；
- 五年以上设备相关工作经验。熟练掌握CAD等相关绘图软件及办公软件；
- 熟悉设备基本构造，熟悉机械原理，液压系统、设备电气系统等的基本原理及组成；
- 有设备投资项目经验，熟悉投资全过程管理、投资分析和风险管理方法，对合规及风险有高度敏感意识优先；
- 具备较强的沟通能力，逻辑思维能力，抗压能力，具有较强的组织协调能力，具备较强的工作责任心，具备较强的决策能力和问题解决能力。
