## Job description
- 独立完成或带领小团队进行电气产品的调研、规划、设计、调试及测试工作。
- 参与技术讨论，为研发团队提供技术支持，推动技术创新。
- 协助管理小型项目，确保项目按时交付并符合质量标准。
- 与不同部门合作，共同推进项目的顺利实施。
- 维护客户关系，处理基本的客户咨询和技术支持请求。
- 拥有电气工程或相关领域的本科及以上学历，至少3年相关工作经验。
- 具备自动化系统领域的专业知识和实践经验，能够理解业务需求并提出解决方案。
- 了解基本的合规要求，能够在指导下有效管理项目中的风险。
- 能够在高级人员的指导下管理小型团队或项目组，具备良好的沟通协调能力。
- 对新技术保持好奇心，愿意学习新技能，包括但不限于AI工具的应用以提高工作效率。
