## Job description
- 负责冰箱产品的制冷系统研究、性能设计和优化工作；
- 负责新技术的开发设计，对创新性，可靠性，合理性负责；
- 负责新产品开发中各个阶段的试制、试产组织、测试、协调和跟进工作，并解决过程出现的技术问题；
- 负责老品的品质改善、成本改善等工作。
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上空调、冰箱制冷系统开发经验；
- 熟练使用autoCAD、UG等工具软件；
- 良好的沟通能力，工作责任心强，有团队合作精神；
- 可适应海外制造基地开发项目过程中出差。
