## Job description

### 从事产品各项性能指标与产品使用效果的测试与提升，如
- 热湿环境控制、快速制冷制热、低温制热性能、高能效技术、新型换热器、新冷媒等方面的技术研究和开发；
- 从事电器件开发、实验设计、器件性能测试等相关工作，提升电器件可靠性和品质；
- 解决电器件开发过程中出现的问题，推动电器件新技术应用、标准制定等工作；
- 电机的性能方案设计、优化改善等相关工作；
- 进行创新产品概念设计及产品开发；
- 开发过程中的项目管理工作。

### 必备项
- 硕士学历，英语六级及以上或同等水平测试证明；
- 能源动力类、电子信息类、电气类专业等相关专业；
- 熟练使用各类设计开发软件。

### 加分项

在校期间有相应领域/开发的项目经历或者在国内外主流核心期刊发表过论文。 此外，我们还希望你具有较强的学习能力，具有谦逊、开放、包容、创新的精神和团队协作的意识，良好的沟通能力。
