## Job description

1. 侧重文-图多模态模型算法研发，致力于研究和开发前沿的面向临床应用场景的医疗多模态大模型和医疗智能体。 2.

### 具体职责包括但不限于

（1）设计和研发具有通用/垂域能力的医学影像基座大模型和医疗智能体；优化基础模型架构和智能体组件，实现少量数据条件下的高性能表现； （2）研究、应用前沿多模态技术在医学影像领域的应用，提升模型在实际应用中的效果； （3）研究模型的轻量化和裁剪技术，推动产品功能的落地， （4）解决大模型在医学影像分析应用中的技术难题，提升模型的通用性和鲁棒性。
- 熟悉图文/视频文本多模态建模，在强化学习、基础大模型预训练、大模型微调、医学知识RAG、AI agent等方面有深入研究和落地经验，有医疗垂类大模型开发经验者优先
- 要求至少熟练掌握PyTorch、TensorFlow等框架中的一种，熟悉 Shell/Python 等常用语言,熟悉LangChain、Autogen、CrewAI等智能体开发工具的一种；
- 优秀的分析问题和解决问题的能力，良好的沟通能力，愿意接受挑战；
- 有CT/MRI等医疗影像设备算法开发经验最优。
- 硕士及以上学历，人工智能、计算机技术、应用数学、生物医学工程等相关专业背景，三年以上工作经验；
