## Job description
- 参与大语言模型的研究与开发，包括但不限于模型训练，算法优化、数据处理等；
- 参与前沿技术的探索和落地应用，推动大语言模型在文档翻译与理解、智能问答、人机交互等领域的创新落地应用；
- 与团队成员协作，进行模型的性能评估和优化，提升模型的准确性、可控性和效率；
- 计算机科学、人工智能、数学、统计学等相关专业硕士或博士学历；
- 熟悉自然语言处理、机器学习、深度学习等领域的基本理论和方法；
- 熟练掌握Python、PyTorch、Huggingface等编程语言、框架以及生态；
- 具备良好的数学基础和算法设计能力，能够独立进行模型的设计和优化；
- 具有较强的创新精神，能够跟踪前沿技术动态；
- 具备良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力，能够在多学科团队中高效工作；
- 有相关项目经验或发表过高水平学术论文者优先。
