## Job description
- 主导完成储能交流仓产品的研发和工程设计工作；
- 担任项目负责人，确保研发项目的执行和目标实现；
- 与公司内外部进行技术交流，预测客户需求并独立开发解决方案；
- 领导团队开展技术创新项目，制定周密的项目计划并准备备用方案；
- 解决复杂的技术问题，具备强大的分析和解决问题的能力。
- 具有储能相关的配网设备研发经历的人员，参与并主导过储能交流仓产品的研发和工程设计；
- 具备相关产品的结构和成本优化能力；
- 从事相关产品技术经历5年及以上；
- 熟悉国家及行业标准，具有储能海外产品研发经验的人员优先；
- 本科以上学历，机械，机电，电气等相关专业。
