- 负责磁控管新技术研究、新产品开发；
- 负责磁控管品质改善；
- 负责磁控管应用相关微波匹配支持工作
- 博士学历；
- 真空电子专业方向，有真空管，或者行波管、速调管等理论背景、研究经验；
- 熟练掌握电磁仿真工具，能开展真空管仿真设计；
- 有技术攻关能力，实验动手能力强
