## Job description
- 负责电气电子技术领域前沿规划及布局、重大技术攻关、关键技术评审等，推动市场企划、技术研发以及产品转化；
- 围绕美的产业领域，制定部门中、长期电气电子技术规划，包括技术课题超前布局，确保技术布局的行业领先性；牵头制定各技术方向的技术路线，拉通内外部资源推动研究技术的探索和落地；
- 深刻洞察国内外相关技术动态与行业发展趋势，推动与高校院所和行业同行的技术研究合作；
- 领导电气电子技术平台建设、团队梯队构建、研发机制优化以及技术人才培养。 1、电力电子/电气工程等相关专业博士学历； 2、10年以上电气电子技术和产品的研究开发经历，洞察技术发展趋势； 3、对电气电子领域系统设计、结构设计、系统建模、功率变换等技术有深入研究； 4、熟悉功率半导体器件、功率半导体封装等技术； 5、有20人以上电气电子团队的管理经验。
