## Job description
- 负责高分子材料相关新工艺、新技术、新材料的三新工艺研究和引入；
- 负责协同高分子材料三年技术规划制定；
- 协同各工厂对成型疑难问题进行改善；
- 负责高分子材料相关核心零部件自制规划和推进；
- 负责新高分子材料相关企标及工艺文件的修订和下发，包括涉及外协供方的工艺管控内容. 1、塑料材料工程等相关专业； 加分项： 1、在塑料材料中主导过重点项目突破的优先； 2、在国内外主流核心期刊发表过论文优先
