## Job description
- 负责区域内的渠道开发和维护，搭建销售网络；
- 负责项目及渠道的管理与协调；
- 进行项目报价、谈判及签约；
- 负责与工厂的合同签订，跟进督促项目交付；
- 完成公司下达的销售指标及各项工作任务。
- 电梯、暖通、机械工程相关专业优先；
- 有电梯、暖通或其他大型工程设备2年及以上的销售业务经验；
- 熟悉所属区域内的工程项目或渠道，有行业资源者优先；
- 具备良好的学习能力、沟通能力及抗压能力，具备较好的职业道德修养。
