## Job description

1、从事对新产品（家电、驱动电机等）在开发过程中电控、加热、电磁噪声等相关问题进行研究，提出改善方案； 2、利用电磁仿真软件对产品结构进行优化。

### 必备项
- 硕士学历，英语六级及以上；
- 电子信息类、电气类专业等相关专业；
- 电磁场与电磁波基础知识扎实，熟悉电磁仿真相关软件；
- 可开展EMC仿真或电机电磁仿真、新产品电磁仿真设计，风险预测。

### 加分项

有获得本专业国内外相关专业比赛奖项或在国内外主流核心期刊发表过论文。 此外，我们还希望你具有较强的学习能力，具有谦逊、开放、包容、创新的精神和团队协作的意识，良好的沟通能力。
