## Job description

1，负责中国区域教育市场的开拓，挖掘商机，对不同层级的客户制定相应的业务发展规划，推动有关行动计划的实施，保障目标的完成； 2，规划组织智能制造及机器人行业相关的市场活动，以保障教育业务的覆盖面和影响力得到增强； 3，推广库卡中国院校合作政策，提升合作院校数量，维护良好的客情关系，开发及推广学生认证。 4，市场信息反馈：收集市场动态、竞争对手信息及客户反馈，定期总结汇报，为产品和市场策略优化提供建议。 发展新的业务机会和业务模式。 具有5年以上教育业务领域的工作经验；自动化及机器人领域工作背景；团队合作精神及开拓内部组织合作关系；关注客户需求和市场趋势；学习能力，关注新技术和新业务； 1，本科及以上学历，工业自动化、机械工程、市场营销、计算机等相关专业优先。 2，具备2年以上教育行业销售相关经验、具备一定的自动化解决方案销售经验。有机器人或系统集成业务相关领域方案经验者尤佳。 3，具备敏锐的市场洞察力和客户需求分析能力，以及出色的沟通表达能力、谈判技巧 4，目标导向，具备强烈的自驱力、抗压能力和团队协作精神。
