## Job description
- 参与TPM方案制定，督促TPM现场落实执行，参与设备保养执行；
- 生产异常设备类问题快速维修处理，事后检讨根本问题、推进改善；
- 车间能源管理；
- 参与线体技改、车间环境/水电气系统技术方案制定;
- 协助新购设备的安装调试及进度保证；对新购设备应用进行评价，参与设备验收；
- 配合进行车间EHS整改，设备控制系统PLC调试。
- 工装、模具易损失使用寿命管理，督促设备维修技术员按期更换，规避对产品质量带来影响；
- 生产技术工艺难点突破与解决（非结构类）。
- 本科以上学历，电气及机械相关专业；工作经历5年以上可放宽至大专学历；
- 有半导体行业设备维修经验优先；具备良好的电气自动化专业能力优先；
- 有较强的抗压能力与良好的沟通能力。
