## Job description
- 依据ISO9001质量体系，执行产品品质控制计划，确保生产过程符合标准。
- 针对产线的产品，制定相关的检验指导书以及检验基准书。
- 对产线员工以及检验员开展培训，保证产品过程受控。
- 监控产品质量状态，及时发现并处理装配过程异常情况。
- 参与跨部门协作，共同推进品质改善项目，提升客户满意度。
- 有理工科背景，熟悉基本的质量管理理论和实践知识。
- 熟悉装配流程，了解生产工艺流程者优先。
- 掌握QC工具使用方法，能够独立完成QC工程图的设计与优化。
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力，能够在团队中发挥积极作用，促进目标达成。
