## Job description
- 对接研发承接新品，组织新品制造MBS，并参与新品设计将可制造性和可自动化部分提前设计进产品中
- 组织工厂内部每周新品进度检讨，输出新品周总结，对新品整体进度负责
- 输出新品优选案例及失败案例，对新品各项指标达成负责
- 产品可制造提升，对370减人可制造维度负责，拉通并组织产品技术、分厂工艺对项目整体进度及总体达成负责。
- 本科及以上学历,机械、材料、模具、力学等相关专业，5年以上结构设计经验。
- 熟练使用Pro-E、Creo或UG等至少1款三维设计软件,有一定的钣金、塑胶件设计经验。
- 良好的沟通能力和执行能力,有完整的冰箱产品开发项目落地经验优先。
