## Job description
- 负责AI评测平台的设计与开发，建立高可信、多维度的评测系统满足业务测试团队对各种模型效果的快速评估、仿真测试、全链路端到端测试、与竞品的对比测评等测评方式的诉求；
- 负责评测大模型/智能体的开发及优化，包含但不限于规划、执行、标注等环节的模型选型及调优；
- 与模型评测团队紧密配合，推动AI评测平台在全集团落地应用，成为集团AI战略的基础设施平台。
- 硕士及以上学历，有测试开发或模型开发经验；
- 熟悉AI评测平台的架构设计及功能范围，具备评测大模型的建模能力，优秀的python编程能力；
- 有开源评测框架或行业主流AI评测平台（如OpenCompass）开发经验，优先具备建模（多模态大模型）能力的测试开发，裁判模型。
