## Job description

### 大模型应用算法中级工程师（base上海） 岗位职责
- 大模型应用算法规划与研发 结合大模型前沿技术，并根据业务场景主导LLM（大语言模型）应用架构设计、训练优化与推理加速，包括但不限于Transformer优化、量化技术、稀疏训练等；
- 算法架构设计与优化 设计并构建可扩展的算法框架，支持大模型训练与部署，主导系统架构设计，确保算法与工程实现的高效协同。
- 技术落地与业务赋能 推动大模型在ToB、ToC的场景落地； 与产品、工程团队紧密协作，完成算法从原型到线上系统的全流程交付； 设计并实现算法效果评估体系，持续迭代优化模型性能。
- 核心技能要求 具备扎实的算法架构能力，精通深度学习算法，熟悉大模型SFT、RL、OPD等后训练方法以及部署全流程； 熟练掌握Python/Typescript/Java，有PyTorch/TensorFlow等框架开发经验。
- 项目经验要求 至少3年以上大模型或Agent相关研发经验, 主导过至少1个完整的大模型从训练到落地的项目； 有数字员工、跨模态模型、多轮对话系统、知识增强模型、voice Agent的开发经验者优先。
- 能结合业务场景快速应用Agent相关技术，熟悉开源Agent架构，如pi、hermes、deepseek harness等。
