## Job description
- 负责公司整体 IT 规划、算力集群、存储、网络架构建设与持续优化；
- 负责 EDA License、研发环境运维，保障芯片仿真、版图等研发工作稳定运行；
- 统筹信息安全体系落地，研发网与办公网隔离、研发数据权限管控、防泄密管理；
- 管理服务器、存储、云资源、软件资产，编制 IT 预算，对接供应商谈判采购与维保；
- 负责 OA、ERP、办公终端、远程访问等通用信息化运维，处理全体员工 IT 需求；
- 牵头机房建设、算力扩容、安全整改等 IT 专项项目。
- Fabless 芯片设计公司 IT 运维经验优先；
- 熟悉 Slurm/LSF、EDA License、并行存储者优先；
- 扎实 Linux 运维基础，具备网络、服务器、存储基础排障能力；
- 熟悉企业信息安全建设，理解研发数据保密要求；
- 独立预算编制、供应商管理、项目推进能力；
- 具备极强多任务优先级管理，能够协调外包落地实施；
- 具备良好跨部门沟通能力，能理解芯片研发业务诉求。
