## Job description
- 负责商用电机新产品开发结构设计，保证产品结构的合理性、可靠性；
- 负责商用电机新平台的结构研究、设计、开发和改善工作；
- 负责平台结构及量产改善项目，参与解决过程中出现的结构相关技术问题；
- 参与编写新产品开发过程相关技术文件，协助平台及物料标准化事项。
- 本科及以上学历，机械类相关专业，具备产品开发经验；
- 熟悉产品开发流程，有独立完成开发设计项目经验，有独立负责项目开展经验；
- 熟练掌握常用五金／塑料材料知识，掌握五金／塑料类产品加工工艺及产品设计注意事项；
- 有良好的沟通表达能力，团队合作能力，责任心强，学习能力强；
- 熟练使用 Creo、CAD等设计软件及常用办公软件。
