## Job description

1） 统筹全集团海内外专利全生命周期的管理及实务操作，专利数字化建设；包括不限于文档管理，数据管理，期限监控，各类特殊程序处理； 2） 优化主流国家的专利管理流程，形成操作指导手册，并在内部运行，； 3） 对各类数据进行分析研究，推进专利管理的不断优化，包括不限于合规风控，程序加快优化，费用成本控制优化等 4） 对接国内外代理机构，形成良好的沟通和合作机制； 1） 本科及以上学历； 2） 有5年以上大中型企业或代理机构专利管理经验，熟悉主流国家法律制度及专利申请流程； 3） 具备大型专利管理系统的建设规划能力，对新法资讯保持足够的敏感度； 4） 具备较强的数据分析能力，熟练运用数据对专利的各类状态及费用情况进行分析； 5） 具备良好的英文听说读写能力； 6） 熟悉专利挖掘，布局，有专利代理人资格证优先； 7） 稳重踏实，有良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神。
