## Job description
- 根据汽车零部件的设计要求和性能标准、综合材料特性、制定合理的焊接工艺方案，确定点焊、弧焊等工艺参数；
- 参与汽车零部件项目的前期规划，根据产品结合生产节拍，设计焊接生产线的布局和工艺流程；
- 能够根据零部件的工艺需求进行设计布局、仿真、节拍计算，能够设计焊装夹具和成本核算；
- 根据项目需求，设计项目的整体架构和详细方案，包括硬件选型、软件功能规划、控制系统设计等，确保方案满足项目的功能、性能和可靠需求；
- 理工科毕业，相关行业从事5年以上者优先；
- 了解汽车零部件的结构、功能及在整车中的作用，熟悉汽车制造工艺流程，知晓汽车行业的相关标准和规范；
- 熟练使用CAD\CATIA等绘图软件，能够绘制焊接工艺图、夹具设计图等，具备根据零部件设计图纸进行焊接方案规划的能力，具备项目成本独立核算能力；
- 责任心强、严谨细致、具备团队合作精神；
