## Job description

1、根据集团关务合规管理体系建设要求，统筹区域内关务合规管理与体系建设、关务标准和流程的制定和优化，确保海外本地在跨境贸易活动中遵守本国相关法律法规，降低关务风险，提高关务合规水平，保障公司业务的顺利进行； 2、统筹区域内进出口海关政策研究及关务方案设计、税则归类规划及落地、关务合规标准执行监控及合规管理系统优化以及其他关务合规相关问题的解决闭环，提高进出口运营效率，确保公司的合规经营。
- 具备5年及以上关务合规及内控审计管理经验，熟悉国际贸易、进出口通关专业知识、精通税则及编码归类协调制度；
- 熟悉中东非、拉美地区进出口海关政策及相关法律法规，及进出口清关流程及操作规范；
- 具备海外国家/区域的关务从业经验及税则归类管理实践经验优先；
- 沟通协调能力强、逻辑清晰、善于梳理总结；英语听、说、读、写流利，可作为工作语言。
