## Job description
- 负责区域选商建店，结合市场洞察和竞品情况规划阵地结构，并负责门店的全生命周期管理；
- 门店的零售能力建设，帮助门店获取流量提升转化，熟悉零售各模块的日常运作，掌握扎实的产品及业务知识，并能基于客户和用户需求，给予专业的指导及建议；
- 根据整体业务策略，参与门店的目标、策略制定及日常运营管理工作，支撑门店各维度指标结果达成，发现并解决业务中存在的问题，并能够通过数据分析优化各个环节；
- 营造区域内积极的学习氛围及良好的沟通环境，维护相关动作及零售标准，积极推动零售文化和业务落地，确保客户、用户满意；
- 维护良好的客情关系，提供优质的售前售后服务，帮助区域内门店做好零售，完成目标。
- 本科及以上学历；
- 务实奋进、有意愿在零售领域扎实深耕；
- 良好的沟通能力、团队协作能力、创新思维能力，能适应快速变化的环境；
- 自驱、学习能力强，愿意不断提升零售领域的专业水平。
