## Job description
- 负责海外KD（Knock Down）项目的包装方案设计与开发，根据产品特性（微波炉、烤箱等）及出口目的地物流环境（海运、陆运、多式联运），主导KD散件的包装方案设计，包括包装结构设计、材料选型、防护工艺及标准化制定。
- 负责集装箱拼载方案设计与优化，持续提升集装箱利用率，降低单台物流成本。
- 主导包装方案的全流程验证工作，组织包装方案评审，通过跌落、振动、堆码等实验室测试及运输道路试验，确保包装方案满足出口运输标准及客户要求。
- 负责编制包装材料技术标准、KD件包装防护准则、包装作业指导书及装柜规范等工艺文件。 1、包装工程、机械设计、工业工程、物流工程等相关专业优先 2、3年以上家电行业或KD包装设计相关工作经验 3、有微波炉、烤箱等大家电产品KD包装设计经验者优先 4、熟练使用SolidWorks、Pro/E、UG等三维设计软件及AutoCAD等二维绘图软件。 5、熟悉国内外运输包装测试标准（如ISTA、ASTM、GB等），了解不同运输方式的包装要求。 6、精通各类包装材料的物理特性、加工工艺及成本构成（瓦楞纸、蜂窝纸板、EPE/EPS、吸塑、木制品
