## Job description
- 负责肉类保鲜核心技术攻关与创新，围绕冰温、气调、能量场保鲜等方向，实现冰箱肉类保鲜应用突破；
- 建立肉类保鲜新的评价体系，开展品质、微生物、持水性等测试与数据分析；
- 推动保鲜技术工程化落地，协同完成样机开发、验证及量产导入；
- 跟踪行业前沿，输出专利、标准与技术路线，构建技术壁垒；
- 统筹产学研与项目攻关，指导团队提升研发能力。 1. 博士学历，食品科学、肉品工程、制冷低温等相关专业，优秀硕士可面议； 2. 5年以上肉类/食品保鲜研发经验，有家电保鲜背景优先； 3. 精通肉类腐败与保鲜机理，具备从研究到产品落地全流程经验； 4. 熟练实验设计、品质检测与数据统计，具备专利与技术文档能力； 5. 创新与工程化思维强，擅长跨部门协作与项目推进。
