## Job description
- 进行店面管理运营，执行和达成公司的各项指令，落实到位公司各项规章制度和政策，监控和管理零售终端所有的运营事务和人员管理；
- 承担公司制定的各项经营目标，带领团队有效达成和提升；
- 负责店铺各岗位的工作调配，店铺各岗位工作绩效的考核，保证店铺营运顺畅；
- 监督商品的要货、上货、补货，做好进货验收、商品陈列、商品质量和服务质量管理等有关作业。

### 必备项

1、本科及以上学历，英语四级及以上； 2、专业不限。 此外，我们还希望你对零售行业有热忱，有较强的语言表达沟通能力和组织协调能力，有责任心、工作激情和团队协作精神。
