## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 根据落地场景，与上游机器人本体供应商合作模式。
- 根据机器人具体形态，确定机器人规格，根据规格确定硬件组件的交付参数和相关验收方法。
- 根据机器人大脑的需求，确定软件接口与对应的驱动接口。
- 对机器人全生命周期负责，解决生命周期中的各种难点和瓶颈。

### 任职资格

1. 硕士及以上学历，机器人工程、自动化、计算机科学、机械电子等相关专业。 2. 5年以上机器人系统集成或解决方案经验，至少主导过2个完整机器人项目。 3. 精通机器人硬件架构，熟悉主流传感器、执行器及控制器的选型与集成。 4. 熟悉机器人操作系统（ROS/ROS2）、实时通信协议及中间件开发。 5. 掌握C++/Python开发，具备驱动开发、多线程优化及系统调优经验。 6. 熟悉机器人功能安全标准，具备FMEA分析能力。 7. 了解SLAM、路径规划、运动控制等核心算法原理及工程化落地难点。 8. 具备极强的跨团队协作能力，能快速理解产品需求并转化为技术语言。 9. 对机器人行业技术趋势（如具身智能）有敏锐洞察，具备技术商业化思维。
