## Job description

Own the end-to-end relationship and multi-year account plan for a portfolio of government customers, serving as the primary point of accountability. Build and grow executive-level relationships with government stakeholders, translating mission and policy priorities into a digital transformation roadmap. Drive revenue growth and cloud consumption across Azure, Modern Work, Security, and Business Applications, meeting or exceeding targets.

Orchestrate a virtual team of technical, partner, industry, and specialist resources to progress and close opportunities. Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast, and lead compliant, ethical selling consistent with public sector procurement standards. 8+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience, with a consistent record of quota achievement. Experience selling to or managing public sector or government customers, ideally in Indonesia.

Demonstrated ability to build executive relationships and lead a virtual or matrixed team. Strong business-value and solution-selling skills across cloud solutions. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
