## Job description

### Response and Resolution

You own, investigate, and solve complex customer technical issues and act as an advisor to the customer, collaborating within and across teams, leveraging troubleshooting tools and practices.

### Readiness

You lead in building communities with peer delivery roles and share your knowledge through readiness programs, technical coaching and mentoring of others. You deepen your technical and professional proficiency to enable you to resolve complex customer issues, through training and readiness. Required to be on evening shift or night shift most of the time to cover the extended hour services Mandarin Language: fluent in reading, writing and speaking.

### English Language

confident in reading, writing and speaking. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or related field AND 5+ years of technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience OR 7+ years of technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience OR equivalent experience. Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to support business requirements, including shift-based schedules, weekend coverage, and public holiday support.

Thorough troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills Strong experience in Azure Machine Learning, Azure Open AI or Azure AI Services Experience in developing in Python/C++/Java. Azure Cloud experience Networking experience would be a plus. Excellent communication skills with both written and spoken English and Mandarin Ability to work well in a highly collaborative team Ability to work well in ambiguous situations
