## Job description

### Data Integration

Connect CRM with Ads systems, marketing automation tools, and reporting platforms (Power BI).

### AI-Enhanced Features

Support AI-first initiatives and automation capabilities within CRM systems to streamline workflows and improve seller efficiency.

### Collaborate Across Teams

Partner with product managers, data engineers, and sales teams to align CRM capabilities with business goals.

### Ensure Quality & Compliance

Maintain data integrity, privacy compliance, and security standards. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience.

Solid knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure). Experience with large-scale systems and API design.
