4/3 shift. (day and night shifts, rotating every 3 months)

### Work Location

Tongluo Site.

### Responsibilities and Tasks

As an Engineer within our OMT RAM Metro Operation, you will have a crucial part in guaranteeing the smooth running of our operations. Your duties will encompass, without being restricted to:
- Establish and secure Metro tool paths to sustain capacity and cycle time.
- Support NPI introduction and pilot run.
- Validate equipment PM CPM and conduct a test run.
- Communicate and coordinate with PO/EO, handle with equipment, lot, production line related issues.
- Assess equipment qualification data.
- Support defect scan for equipment solving.
- Tool mismatching abnormal case analysis and containment. - WIP management, hold lot handling, priority lot arrangement and Q-time lot control.
- Equipment status monitoring and engineering time management. - CDSEM equipment alignment issue handling.
- Orion eCAP case handing.
- Equipment MES error handling.
- Daily operating status summary and report.

- Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements.
- Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one’s scope of work.
- Ability to apply baseline digital fluency and role‑appropriate AI literacy to use AI‑enabled tools responsibly and effectively for research, analysis, content creation, problem‑solving, operational tasks, and achieving business
