Develop and refine processes to enhance product quality and reliability. Work on process yield improvement, cost reduction, efficiency enhancement, and risk management. Detect, analyze, and address issues on the manufacturing line through failure analysis, FMEA, 8D, or SPC methodology. Coordinate and complete process, equipment, and material evaluations to implement changes. Lead and participate in yield improvement and cost reduction activities.
