Develop and optimize MRDA inspection applications, recipes, and defect detection methodologies. Lead defect analysis, root cause investigation, and yield improvement initiatives through data-driven approaches Drive process optimization and productivity improvement to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs. Qualify and deploy new inspection technologies, algorithms, equipment, and process baselines for new product introductions. Support SPC, FDC, RMS, APC, and defect traceability systems to strengthen process control capabilities. Perform statistical analysis, data mining, and correlation studies to identify critical process improvement opportunities. Collaborate with Manufacturing, PDE, Quality, and equipment suppliers to resolve technical issues and ensure production readiness. AI-Enabled, machine learning, computer vision, and advanced analytics to automate defect classification, accelerate problem-solving, and drive smart manufacturing transformation.
