Coordinate and complete process, equipment, and material evaluation/optimization initiatives, implementing changes at process steps. Lead and participate in continuous yield improvement and cost reduction activities. Validate and fan out new process baselines, including new processes, tools, and materials for new product introductions. Integrate AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, and effectiveness, while aligning with organizational standards and legal requirements. ### Minimum Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience. Proven ability to identify and resolve process-related issues. Experience with process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Baseline digital proficiency and role-appropriate AI literacy. ### Preferred Qualifications A Master's degree in Engineering or a related area, or equivalent experience. Experience with AI-enabled tools for research, analysis, content creation, and operational tasks. Outstanding project management skills. Familiarity with SPC/FDC/RMS/APC. Ability to manage and audit material suppliers to achieve quality, cost, and risk management objectives. About Micron Technology, Inc.
