You are also responsible for all daily equipment engineering tasks including performance tracking, continuous improvement and cost reduction programs. ### Responsibilities and Tasks - Guided by program or project objectives. Serves as a subject matter expert within a technical discipline with latitude for decision making. - Ensure close interaction with equipment suppliers. - Work in close collaboration with process team and manufacturing team. - Drive equipment planning, equipment selection and configuration with the area process engineers. - Advanced trouble shooting of tool issues. Solves complex problems and seeks guidance for problems of a highly complex nature. - Ensure continuous knowledge exchange on best known methods. Translate changes in other factories to improvement actions within current fab. - Apply baseline digital proficiency and role-appropriate AI literacy to use AI-enabled tools responsibly and effectively for research, analysis, content creation, problem-solving, operational tasks, and achieving business goals.
