Implement structured training programs and provide technical mentorship to strengthen organizational capabilities and leadership pipelines. Coordinate the full lifecycle management of electrical systems across High Voltage (HV), Medium Voltage (MV), and Low Voltage (LV) networks.

Lead commissioning, operation, maintenance, and optimization of electrical infrastructure from 161kV systems down to LV distribution systems, including emergency generators, Dynamic UPS, and advanced power quality equipment. Ensure robust electrical reliability, power quality, protection coordination, and monitoring systems to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations. Promote innovation through SMART power systems, predictive maintenance, digital technologies, and AI-enabled solutions to optimize equipment performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.

Leverage AI-enabled tools, advanced analytics, automation technologies, and data-driven insights to improve engineering productivity, equipment reliability, maintenance effectiveness, and operational decision-making. Drive adoption of digital and AI-powered monitoring, diagnostics, and workflow automation solutions to enhance system performance, reduce operational risks, and accelerate problem resolution. Promote a data-driven and AI-enabled culture by coaching team members on the effective use of AI tools, digital platforms, and advanced analytics in daily operations.

Complete capacity planning, performance analysis, and infrastructure expansion projects to support site growth, resilience, and long-term business objectives. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, corporate quality standards, and all applicable regulatory requirements. Champion TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) principles to improve equipment reliability, enhance asset utilization, and minimize downtime. Conduct risk assessments, FMEA, and reliability studies to eliminate single points of failure and improve system robustness.

Lead quality improvement initiatives aligned with corporate standards, manufacturing excellence objectives, and customer requirements. Drive root cause investigations through structured problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, RCA, and CAPA programs. Validate project scope, schedule, cost estimates, and technical requirements for infrastructure upgrades and expansion projects.

Provide engineering oversight throughout design, construction, commissioning, and handover phases of capital projects. Manage capital expenditure (CapEx) and operational expenditure (OpEx) budgets effectively while delivering business value and operational excellence. Lead energy efficiency initiatives, sustainability programs, reliability improvement strategies, and long-term capacity planning efforts. Collaborate with multi-functional teams to align electrical infrastructure strategies with broader site, manufacturing, and business objectives.
