Visit our careers page to see what exciting opportunities and company perks await! ### Job Description We are seeking a skilled Software Developer with hands-on experience in AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, and modern AI coding platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong software engineering fundamentals, experience building scalable applications, and the ability to leverage AI tools to improve development productivity, code quality, and innovation. ### Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications and APIs. Utilize AI-powered development tools such as Claude and GitHub Copilot to accelerate coding, debugging, documentation, and problem-solving. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, QA engineers, and data teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following modern software engineering best practices. Participate in code reviews, system design discussions, and technical planning sessions. Integrate AI-assisted workflows into software development and engineering processes. Troubleshoot application issues, optimize system performance, and implement scalable solutions. Stay current with emerging AI developer tools, frameworks, and software engineering trends. Contribute to automation initiatives, CI/CD pipelines, and developer productivity improvements. ### Preferred Skills Experience with AI coding assistants such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar tools. Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, C#, and frontend framework like React, Vue. Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills. ### Requirements/Qualifications Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and 2.5+ years of relevant experience. Familiarity with AI tools and GenAI frameworks. Proficiency in scripting languages and automation tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
