Official job title stated in the employment contract is: Sales Administration Specialist As a member of our Sales Administration Team, you will be responsible for resolving order-related errors and ensuring that orders are released to the logistics team as quickly as possible. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the sales process across multiple European markets. Solve errors in orders to released them as fast as possible to our logistic. Ensuring database integrity by validating and correcting data stored into SAP. Sorting out order related queries and obstacles internally and externally. Run report of billing blocks. Monitor delivery status. Handling POS report. Downpayment handling. Being part of the continuous improvements society by identifying areas for process improvement and fulfilling improvement projects. What You Need to Succeed Good knowledge of and English (written and spoken), Previous experience in similar role, Very good MS Office skills, Accuracy and attention to detail Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Customer-focused approach Willingness to work with processes and reporting.
