Manage inbound and outbound customer calls, understand customer requirements and follow up on sales opportunities. Prepare and coordinate customer quotations, proposals, sales documents and follow-up communications. Review customer/user requirements and support technical order reviews and quotation activities. Schedule and confirm customer appointments for Field Sales Representatives. Manage and follow up on sales opportunities throughout the pipeline to help drive timely closure. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing a positive experience throughout the sales cycle. Work with Field Sales, Technical Support, Product Management, Operations and other internal teams to resolve customer issues and support opportunities. Qualify target accounts and identify potential business opportunities. Develop knowledge of Process Analytics products and services and communicate product value propositions to customers. Identify and support upselling and cross-selling opportunities for products, consumables, accessories and services. Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information in SAP or other CRM systems. Coordinate regularly with Field Sales teams to review account strategy, opportunity status and support needs. Follow company pricing guidelines, sales processes and policies. Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while maintaining strong customer service and professional communication. What You Need to Succeed 3+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Support, Customer Service or a related sales role. Experience handling inbound/outbound calls and sales opportunities. Experience preparing quotations/proposals and maintaining CRM records. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with CRM/SAP and Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
