In this back-office role, you will manage service contracts and support strong, long-term relationships with our customers. The official job title that will appear in your employment contract is Service Administration Specialist. Handling customer inquiries, Processing customer complaints (controlling quality of the created invoices and completeness of reports delivered by technicians, checking the correctness of the issued documents, issuing relevant corrections), Process service orders, control quality and completeness of reports delivered by technicians, Invoice of services, repairs and installations, ensure timely and accurate billing to customers, Manage customer data, update data in the system based on information delivered by technicians or customers, Manage service contracts, Ensure complete and timely electronic archiving all relevant documents. What You Need to Succeed Very good knowledge of German (min B2 level), Good knowledge of English, Well-developed MS Office skills, Quick perception and excellent attention to detail, Focus on time frames and ability to work according to clearly defined rules, Previous experience in similar positions would be an asset.
