Ensure effective use of the portal to streamline hiring processes ### Sourcing Candidates - Utilize LinkedIn, Naukri, and other professional networks to source excellent candidates. - Conduct proactive outreach and searches to attract top talent. - Find and Engage Hard-to-Reach Talent - Enable a Diversity Strategy and Ensure Diverse Talent Pools - TA COE - Build and Maintain Healthy Pipelines of Engaged Talent - Collaboration with Hiring Managers - Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment needs, organizational culture, and skill requirements for open positions. - Provide strategic support and insights throughout the hiring process to ensure alignment with unit objectives. - Collaboration with Consultant, Institutes - Establish and strengthen relationships with universities, colleges, and vocational institutions for internship and entry-level recruitment opportunities - Communications Strategy - Create and execute a communications plan that effectively for IJP announcements through various channels, ensuring maximum visibility among internal candidates. - LinkedIn Posts What You Need to Succeed Qualifications and Skills: Graduate or PG with 1-2 years of experience Experience of hiring tech roles and GCC experience is preferred Excellent communication skills Our Offer to You 'One Team' that thrives on collaboration and innovation.
