## Job description

Description and Requirements About the Opportunity We are seeking a highly capable Technology Strategy & Planning Manager to join the Japan Technology Strategy & Planning team. This is a high-impact role positioned at the center of technology leadership, strategic execution, governance, and executive communication. The successful candidate will help translate leadership priorities into actionable plans, drive structured coordination across Technology, and support senior decision-making through clear reporting, disciplined follow-through, and strong stakeholder engagement.

- Drive disciplined execution across a complex, matrixed environment This role ensures Technology operates as a cohesive, efficient, and strategically aligned function.

### Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development & Planning: Support the development and continuous refinement of IT strategy, ensuring alignment with leadership priorities and market trends; translate executive vision into clear, actionable plans andobjectives.

### Governance, Performance & Management Routines

Drive operating metrics, senior management reporting, and governance routines through cross-Technology coordination; balance strategic initiatives with urgent priorities to ensure consistent execution.

### Communication, Change & Employee Engagement

Support Technology-wide communication, change, and EVP initiatives across Japan and global stakeholders; drive employee engagement, talent attraction, and onboarding to strengthen alignment and retention.

### Organizational Design & Executive Support

Support organizational design and communication of leadership structures and operating models; coordinate executive activities, including Town Halls, leadership offsites, and management routines.

### Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

Build strong relationships and influence outcomes across all levels of the organization; partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure aligned execution.

### Experience

We Are Looking For 3+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, planning, transformation, or a related advisory role
- 3+ years of project management experience, including planning, coordination, execution tracking, and stakeholder management Experience in technology and/or the financial services industry is preferred Skills & Competencies Experience working with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders Executive-level communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear, concise, and audience-appropriate materials
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong project management and analytical skills, with the ability to break down complexobjectivesinto manageable tasks and drive execution
- Ability to work effectively in a fluid, fast-moving, and matrixed environment Bilingual capability and comfort working across Japanese and English business contexts Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is a structured, proactive, and business-minded professional who can operate comfortably between strategy and execution.

They are confident working with senior stakeholders, can simplify complex topics into clear messages, and are comfortable driving progress in a fluid environment where priorities may evolve quickly.

### Language Requirements English

Strong verbal and written communication skillsrequired Japanese language capability is a plus

### Preferred Qualifications

PMP, PMI, Agile, Scrum, or SAFe certification is a plus Systems & Tools Experience or familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Apptio, Targetprocess, ServiceNow, and similar enterprise platforms is preferred.. 職務概要（ Role Summary ） 本ポジションは、日本テクノロジー戦略・企画（ Strategy & Planning ）チームの中核メンバーとして、戦略およびオペレーションに関する各種イニシアティブの企画・推進・ガバナンスを担います。 テクノロジー部門全体におけるハブとして機能し、経営層の優先事項を具体的な実行計画へと落とし込み、適切なコミュニケーションを通じて展開するとともに、体系化されたガバナンス、レポーティング、部門横断の連携を通じて確実な実行を推進します。

主な職務内容（ Key Responsibilities ）
- 戦略策定・企画（ Strategy Development & Planning ） ・ IT 戦略の策定および継続的な高度化を支援し、経営方針および市場動向との整合性を確保 ・経営層のビジョンを、明確かつ実行可能な計画および目標へと具体化
- ガバナンス・パフォーマンス管理・運営プロセス（ Governance, Performance & Management Routines ） ・テクノロジー部門横断の調整を通じて、業績指標（ KPI ）の管理、経営層向けレポーティング、各種ガバナンス運営を推進 ・戦略的施策と緊急対応のバランスを取りながら、安定した実行を確保
- コミュニケーション・変革推進・従業員エンゲージメント（ Communication, Change & Employee Engagement ） ・日本およびグローバルの関係者との連携を図りながら、テクノロジー部門全体のコミュニケーション、変革施策、 EVP （従業員価値提案）推進を支援 ・従業員エンゲージメントの向上、人材獲得およびオンボーディングの強化を通じて、組織の一体感と定着率向上を推進
- 組織設計・エグゼクティブ支援（ Organizational Design & Executive Support ） ・組織設計およびリーダーシップ体制、オペレーティングモデルに関する設計・発信を支援 ・タウンホール、オフサイトミーティング、各種マネジメント会議などのエグゼクティブ関連施策の企画・調整を担当
- ステークホルダーマネジメント・連携推進（ Stakeholder Management & Collaboration ） ・組織内のあらゆるレベルにおいて強固な関係を構築し、影響力を発揮して成果創出を推進 ・部門横断チームと連携し、課題解決および整合の取れた実行を推進
