Description and Requirements Software Engineer - Hyderabad, India Department: Global Technology

### Role Overview

MetLife is seeking experienced Software Engineers to contribute to its digital and AI t ransformation. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining cloud-native software solutions while working in an Agile environment. Key Responsibiliti es
- Develop applications using modern technologies (Front-end, Back-end, APIs, Databases).
- Implement best practices for cloud, AI/Data, and emerging technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with global teams to drive digital t ransformation.
- Follow Agile methodologies, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.

### Education
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent

### Experience
- 2 + years in application software development, cloud-native applications, and APIs

### Tech Stack
- Java (Spring Boot), ReactJS, SQL Server, Cosmos DB, Azure Kubernetes, CI/CD (Azure DevOps), Swift, React Native

### Languages
- Business proficiency in English; Japanese language is a plus.

### Other Skills
