## Job description

### Description and Requirements Job Requirements

Supports production applications, systems, and employee-facing technology to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Assists in monitoring systems, follows standard operating procedures (SOPs), and helps resolve basic user issues. Communicates effectively with users and team members, documents incidents, and supports continuous improvement initiatives. Demonstrates a willingness to learn, follow processes, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
