### The Opportunity
- Assist business units by performing various assigned duties that are intended to provide experience and build sales skills for future development Get an insider view of career potential within a high performing culture
- Strengthen business acumen & develop sales skills
- Develop personally and professionally with a customized intern curriculum
- Build a network of peers and mentors in a business to business sales environment Gain exposure to products and services within Group Benefits
- Participate in social activities and networking events Interview for a sales trainee position upon completion of the program.

### Key Responsibilities
- Complete weekly curriculum training
- Collaborate on an intern-lead

### Capstone Project
- Participate in customer meetings
- Learn functions and uses of technology to support the salesforce and business Present Capstone project to an audience of peers, managers and senior leadership
- Perform duties supporting the sales organization as assigned or required

### Required Qualifications
- Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communications skills and leadership qualities Motivated team player with sound judgment and problem-solving skills
- Must be eligible to work in US without sponsorship High school diploma.

Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program with an accredited college or university. Preferably a rising senior.

### Preferred Qualifications

Strong computer skills (especially Microsoft Excel) Proven ability to lead and influence The expected salary range for this position is $24 /Hour.
