## Job description

Description and Requirements The Opportunity The Senior Recruiter is responsible for driving end-to-end talent acquisition strategies and delivering exceptional hiring experiences across the business. As a trusted partner to hiring managers, this role plays a key part in attracting top talent, building strong talent pipelines, and helping the organization achieve its growth objectives. ### Key Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing through offer acceptance. Create and execute sourcing strategies to attract and engage high-quality talent across multiple channels. Conduct competency-based interviews and candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and potential. Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs, hiring priorities, and recruitment strategies. Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.

### Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate sourcing tools to manage recruitment activities effectively. Experience utilizing AI-powered tools and technologies to enhance recruiting processes, sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and productivity. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Advanced English proficiency.

### Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or related talent-focused roles. Experience recruiting professional, specialized, and leadership-level talent. Portuguese language proficiency is desirable.
