## Job description

Meta's Content Policy team is seeking a Deputy Oversight Board Liaison for our Oversight Board Liaison team. This person will help review potential cases destined for the Board, draft submissions to the Board about Meta’s content policy decisions, and manage day-to-day case operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and writing skills, will be able to critically analyze the tradeoffs and benefits of refinements to Meta's policies and processes, and will be able to communicate these issues effectively. The ideal candidate will also be a self-starter and able to work with other Meta employees to understand, and effectively communicate, Meta’s decision rationales to the Oversight Board.
