In this role you will work on the development and execution of a strategic communications program that builds awareness, shows cultural relevance, and tells the creator and consumer story for Threads. After one of the most successful product launches at Meta and growth to 500M MAU in under 3 years, there is a huge opportunity to shape Threads' brand narrative and evolution story. This role will be responsible for executing on the comms strategy, with a focus on both product and partnership comms. Candidates must be strategic, creative, and have a strong product sense. We are looking for an experienced communicator who can devise proactive campaigns and establish relationships internally and externally. The ideal candidate brings a combination of consumer and product comms experience to be able to support both the product and brand, landing creative, proactive stories and holistic moments outside of launches and product tests. This role will report to the comms lead for Threads, and will collaborate with cross functional partners across marketing, product, partnerships, policy, legal, and international comms teams.
