In this role you will work across infrastructure engineering teams, product groups, and finance to translate product and AI roadmaps into a multi-year plan for compute, power, and data center capacity. You will design the planning process itself, build alignment on it across a large and technically diverse set of partner teams, educate those teams on how to participate, and guide both demand and supply organizations through its execution. This is a senior individual contributor role for a planning practitioner with depth across data center infrastructure, power, supply chain, and infrastructure demand. ## Responsibilities Own the medium-range and long-range infrastructure capacity planning processes end to end, from demand collection through supply commitment. Partner with infrastructure engineering teams, product groups, and finance to translate product and AI roadmaps into multi-year compute, power, and data center capacity requirements. Design, document, and iterate on the planning process, including the planning calendar, required inputs, decision checkpoints, and published outputs. Educate partner teams on the planning process and build the shared definitions, artifacts, and templates that teams use to participate in it. Guide demand teams in forecasting and articulating their infrastructure requirements, and guide supply teams in translating those requirements into build, procurement, and deployment plans. Identify gaps between forecasted infrastructure demand and planned supply, and drive the trade-off decisions needed to close them. Define the metrics used to measure forecast accuracy, plan attainment, and capacity utilization, and drive improvement against those metrics over time.
